Our practice is located at the intersection of Woodland and Frazier Avenues, across from Coolidge Park, and Walgreens is across the street. Please note this is not an accessible location; there is a flight of stairs to our office.

Free parking is available at North Shore Fellowship Church; street parking is also available for a fee. There’s also a bus stop right at the corner for your convenience.

Same-day appointments are available, depending on availability, but appointments are preferred.

We are a cash practice; receipts will be provided for insurance submission. We accept major credit cards, HSA plans, and CareCredit®. Please speak with our doctor if you have any questions or concerns.
